The Orders section is the heart of COD Rocket. Every order flows through two parallel status tracks: Confirmation Status (verifying the order with the customer) and Delivery Status (tracking the physical delivery).
Navigating the Orders page
- Click Orders in the sidebar.
- You'll see a data table listing all your orders.
- Each row shows: Order Code, Customer Name, Deliverer, Confirmation Status, Delivery Status, Total Price.
- Use the search bar to find orders by code, phone number, or customer name.
- Use filters to narrow results by status, deliverer, source, warehouse, staff, date range, and more.
- Select multiple orders using checkboxes for bulk actions.
Understanding order statuses
Confirmation Status

| Pending | Order received, not yet verified with customer |
| Confirmed | Customer verified, ready for delivery |
| Cancelled | Order cancelled by customer or merchant |
| No Answer | Attempted to call customer, no response |
| Callback | Customer asked to be called back later |
