Create orders manually when customers contact you by phone, WhatsApp, or social media. This is the most common way COD merchants receive and process orders.
How to create an order
- Go to Orders and click Create Order.
- Select or create a customer:
- Search for an existing customer by phone or name.
- Or click New Customer and enter: full name, phone number, and email (optional).
- Add products:
- Search your product catalog.
- Select one or more products.
- Set the quantity for each product.
- Adjust the price if needed (for custom pricing).
- Set shipping address:
- Country (auto-populated from your market)
- City
- State / Province
- Street address
- Postal code
- Set billing address (optional): toggle to add a separate billing address.
- Additional options:
- Order note โ Internal comment visible only to your team.
- Discount โ Enter a discount code or set a manual discount.
- Deliverer โ Assign a delivery partner immediately.
- Warehouse โ Select the source warehouse.
- Source โ Tag where the order came from (Manual, WhatsApp, Facebook, etc.).
- Click Save Order.

What happens after I save an order?
The order is created with a "Pending" confirmation status. You need to call the customer to confirm, then update the status.
