Create an Order

Create orders manually when customers contact you by phone, WhatsApp, or social media. This is the most common way COD merchants receive and process orders.

How to create an order

  1. Go to Orders and click Create Order.
  2. Select or create a customer:
  • Search for an existing customer by phone or name.
  • Or click New Customer and enter: full name, phone number, and email (optional).
  1. Add products:
  • Search your product catalog.
  • Select one or more products.
  • Set the quantity for each product.
  • Adjust the price if needed (for custom pricing).
  1. Set shipping address:
  • Country (auto-populated from your market)
  • City
  • State / Province
  • Street address
  • Postal code
  1. Set billing address (optional): toggle to add a separate billing address.
  2. Additional options:
  • Order note โ€” Internal comment visible only to your team.
  • Discount โ€” Enter a discount code or set a manual discount.
  • Deliverer โ€” Assign a delivery partner immediately.
  • Warehouse โ€” Select the source warehouse.
  • Source โ€” Tag where the order came from (Manual, WhatsApp, Facebook, etc.).
  1. Click Save Order.

Can I create an order without selecting a product from the catalog?

No, orders require at least one product from your catalog. Create the product first, then create the order.

What happens after I save an order?

The order is created with a "Pending" confirmation status. You need to call the customer to confirm, then update the status.

Can I add multiple products to one order?

Yes, add as many products as needed, each with its own quantity and price.
