Bulk operations let you apply changes to many orders at once, saving significant time in your daily workflow.
How to use bulk operations
- Go to Orders.
- Select multiple orders using the checkboxes on the left side of each row.
- A Bulk Edit toolbar appears at the top.
- Click on the operation you want to perform.
- Configure the changes in the modal that opens.
- Click Apply to execute the changes on all selected orders.
Available bulk operations

| Deliverer | Assign or change the delivery partner for all selected orders |
| Staff | Assign a team member to handle selected orders |
| Warehouse | Change the source warehouse for selected orders |
| Source | Update the order source channel for selected orders |
| Products | Add or modify products across selected orders |
| Delivery Note | Add delivery instructions to all selected orders |
| Comment | Add an internal comment to all selected orders |
Tip: You can combine filters with bulk actions. For example, filter by "Pending" confirmation status, select all, and confirm them in one click.

There's no hard limit, but very large batches may take a moment to process.
Can I undo a bulk edit?
Changes are applied immediately and logged per order. To reverse, edit individual orders.
Do bulk status changes trigger automations?
Yes, if you have automations configured for status changes, each order in the batch will trigger them.
