You can edit any order after it's been created β update products, change addresses, adjust pricing, or modify statuses.
How to edit an order
- Go to Orders and click on the order you want to edit.
- Click the Edit button.
- Modify any of the following:
- Customer info β Update name, phone, or email.
- Products β Add, remove, or change quantities and prices.
- Shipping address β Update country, city, or street address.
- Billing address β Modify or add billing details.
- Confirmation status β Change to Confirmed, Cancelled, No Answer, or Callback.
- Delivery status β Update the delivery progress.
- Deliverer β Reassign to a different delivery partner.
- Warehouse β Change the source warehouse.
- Order note β Add or edit internal notes.
- Click Save Changes.
Note: All changes are automatically recorded in the order timeline, so you always have a full history of modifications.
