Order Returns

When customers return products โ€” whether due to damage, wrong item, or failed delivery โ€” the returns system lets you track and manage the entire process. Inventory updates automatically when returns are processed.

How to create a return

  1. Go to the order in question and click Returns, or navigate to Returns in the sidebar.
  2. Click Create Return.
  3. Select the products being returned and their quantities.
  4. Add a return reason or note.
  5. Click Submit.
  6. The return is created with "Pending" status.

Managing returns

  • Accept โ€” Approve the return. Products are added back to stock.
  • Refuse โ€” Decline the return request.
