Delivery Tracking in CODRocket

Live Tracking Dashboard
The delivery tracking dashboard provides a real-time view of all active deliveries:
- Map View: See all delivery drivers on an interactive map with their current locations and assigned routes
- List View: A sortable table showing all in-progress deliveries with status indicators
- Stats Bar: Quick summary showing total deliveries today, completed, in-progress, and failed
Order Tracking Statuses
During delivery, orders pass through these tracking statuses:
- Assigned: Order has been assigned to a driver but delivery has not started
- Picked Up: Driver has picked up the package from the warehouse
- In Transit: Driver is traveling to the delivery location
- Arrived: Driver has arrived at the delivery address
- Delivered: Package handed to customer, payment collected
- Failed Attempt: Delivery attempted but unsuccessful (customer unavailable, wrong address, refused)
Customer Tracking Page
CODRocket generates a unique tracking page for each order that you can share with customers:
- The tracking page shows the current delivery status with a visual progress bar
- Estimated delivery time based on driver location and traffic conditions
- Your brand logo and colors for a professional appearance
- Customer can view the page in their preferred language (English, French, or Arabic)
- No login required — the tracking link contains a secure unique token
Delivery Timestamps and Audit Trail
Every status change is logged with a precise timestamp, creating a complete audit trail:
- When the order was assigned to the driver
- When the driver picked up the package
- When the driver started the delivery journey
- When the driver arrived at the delivery address
- When the delivery was completed or marked as failed
- For failed deliveries, the reason is logged (customer refused, wrong address, unreachable phone, etc.)
Delivery Proof
CODRocket supports proof of delivery to protect against disputes:
- Photo Proof: Drivers can take a photo of the delivered package at the customer's door
- Signature Capture: Customers can sign on the driver's device to confirm receipt
