Creating Your CODRocket Account
Getting started with CODRocket is quick and straightforward. Whether you are a solo entrepreneur managing a handful of orders or a growing business processing hundreds of COD shipments daily, this guide walks you through the entire account creation process step by step.
Step 1: Visit the Registration Page
Navigate to the CODRocket website and click the "Get Started" or "Sign Up" button located in the top navigation bar. You will be directed to our secure registration form where you can begin setting up your account.
Step 2: Enter Your Business Information
Fill in the required fields on the registration form:
- Full Name: Your personal name or the name of the primary account holder
- Email Address: Use a business email if possible. This will be your login credential and where all notifications are sent
- Password: Choose a strong password with at least 8 characters, including uppercase letters, numbers, and special characters
- Phone Number: Your business phone number for account recovery and optional SMS notifications
- Company Name: Your business or brand name as it should appear on invoices and delivery slips
- Country: Select your operating country (Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Egypt, or other supported regions)
Step 3: Verify Your Email Address
After submitting the registration form, CODRocket sends a verification email to the address you provided. Open your inbox, find the email from CODRocket, and click the "Verify Email" button. If you do not see the email within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder. You can also request a new verification email from the login page.
Step 4: Complete Your Profile
Once your email is verified, log in to your new account. You will be guided through a brief onboarding wizard that helps you complete your profile:
- Business Details: Add your business address, tax ID (if applicable), and preferred currency
- Delivery Settings: Choose your default delivery zones and pricing structure
- Branding: Upload your logo and customize your brand colors for customer-facing pages
Step 5: Choose Your Plan
CODRocket offers multiple pricing plans to fit businesses of every size. During registration, you can start with a free trial that gives you access to all features for 14 days. After the trial period, select the plan that best matches your order volume and feature needs. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from the Account Settings page.
Account Security Best Practices
Protecting your account is essential since it contains sensitive customer data and financial information. Here are our recommended security practices:
- Use a unique password that you do not use for any other service
- Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) from your security settings for an extra layer of protection
- Never share your login credentials with unauthorized personnel
- Regularly review the login history in your account settings to detect any unauthorized access
- If you manage a team, create separate user accounts with appropriate role permissions instead of sharing a single login
Troubleshooting Common Issues
If you encounter any problems during registration, here are solutions to common issues:
- "Email already in use": This means an account already exists with that email. Try logging in or use the password reset feature
- Verification email not received: Check spam folders, ensure you typed the email correctly, and try requesting a new verification email
