As a delivery partner, you have your own dedicated dashboard with everything you need to manage your deliveries.
Dashboard overview
Your dashboard shows:
- Order Requests β New orders assigned to you.
- Partner Requests β New partnership offers from merchants.
- Stat Cards β Orders to process, delivered count, commissions earned.
- Performance Charts β Delivery trends over time.
Managing orders
Navigate to Orders in the sidebar to see three views:
- Received β New orders waiting for pickup.
- In Progress β Orders currently being delivered.
- All β Complete order history.
Updating delivery status
- Click on an order to view details.
- See: customer info, products, delivery address, COD amount to collect.
- Update the delivery status:
- In Transit β You're on the way.
- Delivered β Successfully handed to customer and collected payment.
- Failed β Delivery attempt unsuccessful.
- Add a comment explaining the update (e.g., "Customer not home, will retry tomorrow").
Returns
- Go to Returns in the sidebar.
- Click Create Return for an order.
- Select products and quantities being returned.
- Add return reason.
- Submit the return to the merchant for approval.
Invoicing
- Go to Invoices and click Create Invoice.
- Select the merchant and orders to include.
- Add payment details.
- Save and share for payment settlement.
Inventory access
- View warehouse stock assigned to you.
- Receive transfers and confirm product arrival.
- Report issues with transfers.

How do I see only today's deliveries?
Use the date filter on the Orders page to see today's assigned orders.
Can I initiate a return?
Yes, create a return from the Returns section for any order you've handled.
