Available Plans
Free Trial
Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial that includes access to all Professional plan features. No credit card required. This gives you enough time to set up your store, import your products, and process your first orders to evaluate if CODRocket is right for your business.
Starter Plan
Ideal for small businesses and solo entrepreneurs just getting started with COD:
- Up to 200 orders per month
- 1 user account
- Basic order management
- Email support
- 1 integration (WooCommerce, Shopify, or YouCan)
- Basic analytics and reports
Professional Plan
The most popular plan for growing businesses:
- Unlimited orders
- Up to 5 user accounts
- Advanced order management with bulk actions
- Delivery management with driver tracking
- All integrations included
- Advanced analytics and custom reports
- Inventory management with multi-warehouse support
- Landing page builder
- Priority email and chat support

Enterprise Plan

How to Choose Your Plan
Consider these factors when selecting a plan:
- Order Volume: If you process fewer than 200 orders per month, the Starter plan is sufficient. Beyond that, the Professional plan offers unlimited orders
- Team Size: If multiple people manage your operations, you need a plan with multiple user accounts
- Features Needed: Advanced features like delivery tracking, multi-warehouse inventory, and landing pages are only available on Professional and Enterprise plans
- Integration Needs: If you sell on multiple platforms simultaneously, the Professional plan includes all integrations
Changing Your Plan
You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time:
- Go to Settings > Billing
- Click "Change Plan"
- Select your desired plan
- If upgrading, you will be charged the prorated difference for the remaining billing period
- If downgrading, the new rate takes effect at the start of your next billing period
Self-Hosted Option
For businesses that need complete data control, CODRocket also offers a self-hosted edition with a one-time license fee. This gives you full source code access and the ability to run CODRocket on your own infrastructure.
