Team Members & Invitations

Build your team by inviting members to your COD Rocket business. Each member gets a role that determines what they can see and do.

How to invite a team member

  1. Go to Settings > Members.
  2. Click Invite Member.
  3. Enter the member's email address.
  4. Select a role (Admin, Manager, Support Agent, or a custom role).
  5. Click Send Invitation.
  6. The member receives an email with a link to accept.
  7. Once accepted, they can log in and access the dashboard based on their role.

Managing members

  • Resend invitation โ€” If they didn't receive it.
  • Cancel invitation โ€” Remove a pending invite.
  • Change role โ€” Update a member's permissions anytime.
  • Remove member โ€” Revoke access immediately.
  • Transfer ownership โ€” Make someone else the business owner.

Creating custom roles

  1. Go to Settings > Roles.
  2. Click Create Role.
  3. Name the role and configure permissions for each module:
