Product reviews build trust and social proof on your store. Customers can rate products, write reviews, and upload photos. You control moderation, auto-approval rules, and review incentive coupons.
Setting up reviews
- Go to Stores > [Your Store] > Reviews > Settings.
- Configure:
Display settings
- Widget style, layout, star color, badge color.
- Photo display options.
- Reviewer name format: full name, first + last initial, or anonymous.
Collection settings
- Allow photo uploads (max photos per review configurable).
- Require purchase verification.
- Auto-approve reviews with a minimum rating (e.g., 4+ stars auto-approved).
- Enable profanity filter.
Incentive settings
- Enable review coupon (discount for leaving a review).
- Set coupon value and type (percentage or fixed).
- Photo bonus (extra discount for reviews with photos).

- Enable a dedicated page showing all reviews.
- Layout options: wall, grid, or list.
Managing reviews
- Go to Reviews in your store settings.
- Each review shows: customer name, rating, text, photos, and status.
- Actions:
- Approve โ Make the review visible on your store.
- Reject โ Hide the review.
- Feature โ Highlight the review.
- Delete โ Remove permanently.
- Bulk actions: approve, reject, or delete multiple reviews at once.
Importing reviews
- Go to Reviews > Import.
- Upload a CSV file with review data (max 5MB).
- Reviews are imported in the background.
