Your product catalog is the foundation of your orders. Every product you sell needs to be in the catalog before you can add it to an order or display it in your store.
Creating a product
- Go to Products in the sidebar.
- Click Create Product.
- Fill in the product details:
Basic information
- Name β Product name (required).
- Description β Rich text description with images.
- SKU β Stock Keeping Unit code for internal tracking.
- Barcode β Product barcode number.
Media
- Thumbnail β Main product image.
- Gallery β Additional product images.
Pricing
- Cost price β What you pay for the product.
- Regular price β The standard selling price.
- Discounted price β Sale price (optional).
Inventory
- Track inventory β Enable or disable stock tracking.
- Quantity β Current stock per warehouse.
Variants
- Add variant options (e.g., Size: S, M, L, XL; Color: Red, Blue, Black).
- Each combination gets its own price and stock level.
SEO
- Meta title β Page title for search engines.
- Meta description β Description for search results.
Publishing
- Status β Active (visible) or Draft (hidden).
- Stores β Which stores display this product.
- Markets β Which markets sell this product.
- Click Save.
