Freelancer Dashboard & Order Processing

As a freelance confirmation agent, your job is to call customers and verify their orders. You have a dedicated dashboard to manage your workload and track earnings.

Dashboard overview

Your dashboard shows:

  • Orders to Process β€” Unverified orders waiting for your calls.
  • Delivered β€” Successfully delivered confirmed orders.
  • Commissions β€” Your earnings from confirmed orders.

Processing orders

  1. Go to Orders > Received to see new orders assigned to you.
  2. Click an order to view customer details and products.
  3. Call the customer to verify the order.
  4. Update the confirmation status:
  • Confirmed β€” Customer verified, ready for delivery.
  • Cancelled β€” Customer wants to cancel.
  • No Answer β€” Customer didn't pick up.
  • Callback β€” Customer asked to be called back later.
  1. Go to Orders > Processed to see orders you've handled.

Managing partnerships

  • View your merchant partnerships in Partners.
  • See pricing agreements and commission rates.
  • Accept or decline new partnership requests.

  • Pricing β€” Set your confirmation fees.
  • Staff β€” Manage team members if you have a team.
  • Subscription β€” Manage your plan.
  • Wallet β€” Track commissions and payments.
