Payment Methods for CODRocket Subscription

CODRocket supports multiple payment methods for your subscription billing, making it easy for businesses across the MENA region and beyond to pay for their plans. This guide explains available payment options, how to add or update your payment method, and answers common billing questions.

Accepted Payment Methods

Credit and Debit Cards

We accept all major credit and debit cards:

  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • American Express

Cards are processed securely through our payment provider. CODRocket never stores your full card number on our servers.

Bank Transfer

For businesses that prefer bank transfers, especially for annual plans or enterprise subscriptions:

  • Available for annual plan payments
  • Contact our sales team for bank transfer details
  • Plan is activated upon receipt of payment

Mobile Payment

In supported regions, you can pay using mobile payment services:

  • Available in select MENA countries
  • Contact support for availability in your region

Adding a Payment Method

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Click "Add Payment Method"
  3. Enter your card details
  4. Click "Save"
  5. The new payment method becomes your default for future charges

Updating Your Payment Method

To update an expiring or outdated card:

  1. Navigate to Settings > Billing
  2. Click the "Edit" icon next to your current payment method
  3. Enter the new card details
  4. Click "Update"

Billing Cycle

  • Monthly Plans: Charged on the same date each month (the date you initially subscribed)
  • Annual Plans: Charged once per year with a discount compared to monthly billing (typically 2 months free)
  • Failed Payments: If a payment fails, CODRocket retries the charge after 3 days and 7 days. You will receive email notifications about the failed payment. After the final retry, your account may be downgraded

Receipts and Invoices

Automatic receipts are generated for every payment and sent to your account email. For invoice management, see Invoices and Receipts.

Refund Policy

  • Monthly plans: Refunds available within 7 days of charge for unused service
  • Annual plans: Prorated refund available within 30 days of purchase
  • To request a refund, contact our support team via the contact page

Payment Security

All payment transactions are secured with:

  • 256-bit SSL encryption
  • PCI DSS Level 1 compliant payment processing
  • 3D Secure authentication for supported cards
  • No card data stored on CODRocket servers
