Customizing Your Store in CODRocket

Make your CODRocket store reflect your brand identity with comprehensive customization options. From colors and fonts to custom domains and email templates, this guide covers all the ways you can personalize your customer-facing experience.

Brand Customization

Navigate to Settings > Branding to access brand customization options:

Logo and Visual Identity

• Primary Logo: Appears on landing pages, order confirmation emails, and tracking pages. Recommended: 200x200px, PNG with transparent background
• Favicon: The small icon shown in browser tabs. Recommended: 32x32px, ICO or PNG format
• Brand Colors: Set your primary color (buttons, headers, links) and secondary color (accents, highlights). These colors are applied across all customer-facing pages

Custom Domain

Use your own domain for landing pages and tracking pages instead of the default CODRocket subdomain:

1. Go to Settings > Custom Domain
2. Enter your domain (e.g., shop.yourbrand.com)
3. Add the CNAME record provided to your DNS settings
4. Wait for DNS propagation (usually 15 minutes to 24 hours)
5. CODRocket automatically provisions an SSL certificate for your custom domain

Email Templates

Customize the automated emails sent to your customers:

• Order Confirmation: Sent when a customer places an order. Customize the layout, logo, colors, and message text
• Shipping Notification: Sent when the order is shipped. Include tracking information and estimated delivery date
• Delivery Confirmation: Sent after successful delivery. Optionally include a feedback request

Each template supports variables like {customer_name}, {order_id}, {total_amount}, and {delivery_date} that are automatically replaced with real data.

Landing Page Customization

Templates

CODRocket provides several pre-built landing page templates optimized for different product types:

• Single Product: A focused page for one hero product with detailed descriptions and social proof
• Product Collection: Showcase multiple related products on one page
• Flash Sale: Urgency-driven template with countdown timer and limited stock indicators
• Video Landing Page: A template that leads with a product video for higher engagement

Custom CSS

For advanced users, you can add custom CSS to fine-tune the appearance of your landing pages. Access this from Store > Advanced > Custom CSS. Your CSS is scoped to your pages and does not affect the CODRocket dashboard.

Order Form Customization

Customize the COD order form on your landing pages:

• Required Fields: Choose which fields are required (name, phone, address, city)
• Optional Fields: Add custom fields for additional information (email, preferred delivery time, notes)
• City Dropdown: Pre-populate the city/zone dropdown with your active delivery zones for faster checkout
• Variant Selection: Configure how product variants (size, color) are displayed in the order form
• Success Page: Customize the thank-you page shown after successful order placement

Tracking Page Customization

The order tracking page that customers see is also customizable:

• Your logo and brand colors are applied automatically
• Customize the status labels and messages for each delivery stage
• Add your customer support contact information
• Optionally include product recommendations for repeat purchases

SEO Settings

Optimize your landing pages for search engines:

• Page Title: Customize the title tag for each landing page
• Meta Description: Write a compelling description that appears in search results
• Open Graph Tags: Configure how your page appears when shared on Facebook, WhatsApp, and other platforms
• Structured Data: Product schema markup is automatically added for better search visibility
