Understanding Your CODRocket Dashboard

The CODRocket dashboard is your command center for managing your entire Cash on Delivery business. From the moment you log in, you get a comprehensive overview of your operations, key metrics, and actionable insights. This guide explains every element of the dashboard and how to use it effectively.

Dashboard Layout

Your dashboard is organized into several key sections:

• Top Navigation Bar: Quick access to search, notifications, your profile, and language settings
• Left Sidebar: Main navigation menu with links to Orders, Products, Delivery, Analytics, Integrations, and Settings
• Main Content Area: Displays your KPI cards, charts, recent activity, and quick action buttons

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

At the top of the dashboard, you will find your most important business metrics displayed as KPI cards:

• Total Orders Today: The number of orders received in the current day, with a comparison to yesterday
• Revenue Today: Total COD amount collected today from successful deliveries
• Delivery Rate: The percentage of orders successfully delivered versus total dispatched orders. A healthy delivery rate for COD businesses in MENA is typically between 60-80%
• Pending Orders: Orders awaiting confirmation or dispatch. High numbers here may indicate a bottleneck in your workflow
• Return Rate: The percentage of orders returned or refused by customers. Keeping this below 20% is crucial for profitability

• Revenue Over Time: A line chart showing your daily, weekly, or monthly revenue trends. Use the date range picker to analyze specific periods

• Top Products: A bar chart displaying your best-selling products by order volume and revenue
• Delivery Performance by Zone: See which delivery zones have the highest success rates and which may need attention

Recent Activity Feed

The activity feed shows real-time updates on your business operations:

• New orders as they come in from your website, landing pages, or integrated platforms
• Order status changes (confirmed, shipped, delivered, returned)
• Low stock alerts for products that need restocking
• Driver check-ins and delivery completions
• System notifications and announcements
